But, we've had family or whomever basically due contract type work for short periods; less than a week - they come to the site, provide there own transportation, have control over when they show up and how the work (usually demo or landscape type work).

We go to building department to pull permits and found out that the house is on the demo list..Supposed to have been demoed last year in March, but the city never got to it.

The kitchen included replacing appliances, cabinets, countertops, and fixtures at a cost around $2500, not including replacing the flooring and the demo, which wasn't broken out by room.  

I have to demo the garage and the car will be in the way when knocking it down.
