I've met many sharks here on BP that I was looking for a specific kind of loan program that is outside the box and I was looking for someone to fill it and I was quoted 3 points - 4 points. 

I am curious to what software/programs I should use starting out.

Since you are both finishing programs, I would schedule the next year to be all learning, not trying to buy.

Does anyone have recommendation some good wholesaling books or programs.
