One of my prior companies ( a finance operation) drywalled a number of repo 12x60 pre HUDs and made money on the resale. 

I'm talking about tenants that are always walking a fine line.

Would you get a fine if the lawn was uncared for for 3 months or so? 

While there have been limitations since before Airbnb days, right now the law is in limbo and I’m tempted to turn it into an STR in the meantime because at worst it’s a fine on par with a noise violation.

There is a small plateau, followed by a final surge of listings and offers which typically peaks in late May.

To put a finer point on my earlier comment. 

we all play in our sandbox's    some days I wonder why I do this.. but then I have a project go like this and well its a fine day.. 

They are estimating a final price that we are comfortable with.

It will dissolve a fine layer of grout on the surface and leave you with fresh new grout.
