@dean Letfus  JP was killed on Scottsdale but was over by Perkins area of parkway village, big diffference in area.  

For example, they are currently not granting any variances for any reason in the village I live in - they're sick of investors and making life as difficult as possible for them.

Keep your fingers crossed that the rush to buy land, any land on dry ground, South of Progress Village and Bloomindale continues because companies like Amazon pay outrageous prices for raw land just South of you in Ruskin to build enormous warehouse busineseshttp://www.tampabay.com/news/business/realestate/a...and that the Port of Manatee will be built out, like planned, to be a big container port for the Panamax ships that will be sailing into Tampa Bay to offload everything from China.

Even within a specific neighborhood like Edmonodson Village there are blocks where I would happily own rentals and some where I don't even feel comfortable walking through.Not only do areas vary but investors vary.

Forgive me in advance for any typos.Here are the facts I am contract with 10 unit all brick 3 story apt building 5 units are studios and 5 are 1 bedrooms located in one Columbus Ohio most vibrant neighborhoods Victorian Village/Short North area for 599k with 4k closing costs.

They have already had 2 votes to dissolve the village, what is the drop of $800 a year in taxes going to do when it finally passes to home values?

I know for me, the extra pressure of offering this and making it happen is what will keep me growing faster than I expect.I live near East Atlanta Village, just outside Fulton, but still in DeKalb County.I look forward to hearing from many of you.
