You could respond to ads, do online search, use the reference sites, including advo and the local Bar Association, however this may still not get you to a suitable practitioner.I'll bet there will be noticing issues, perhaps litigation.

Commercial vacancy is quite high downtown Nanaimo as most of the businesses have clustered in the North end (although the city has a mandate to reverse this trend and has enacted no DCCs downtown, etc...)A recent zoning change makes it possible to 'develop' a suitable SFR property to generating a 10-20% cash on cash return.

Hi Jim -I can certainly also attest to the need for these types of properties, and also can attest to the fact that often times when people consider renting their property via Airbnb they consider that their location is not suitable because "it's not in a tourist area", overlooking the needs of people such as yourself, traveling doctors and nurses, researchers, etc.
