Stocks or your small semi leveraged house.

They rent out a huge building and semi trucks ship the cabinet there.

If it is tenanted, it means everything is in semi-working order.

I use semi-gloss on the walls so that it wipes down more easily. 

I had one guy (on here) who sent me videos of him in his "financing empire" high-rise office overlooking the city, videos of him and a semi-toothless friend trying to pet a horse, and videos of him touting his "handywoman" as he walked through a gutted home that needed major remodeling.  

I mean i'm not totally ignorant to renting. i've been a renter :) .. and my family has rented. and evicted tenants. etc. so i'm semi familiar with that part . a bit.. and I"ve done some repairs etc.I guess my ignorance is showing.

Fast forward from 2007 to now, and I am now working in IT, semi comfortable living and I decided its time to go back.

If we bought used, would we then contract someone to install it and haul away the old one or is this something my semi-handy husband might be able to DIY?

PS: When I used to play poker semi-professionally this was something that improved our game and help us evolve to a higher level.

I don't rehab my out-of-state properties, so never asked a PM to do it, but that seems like it's semi out-of-scope for a PM.
