Remember all the gas leaks in North Dallas last year....and neighborhoods evacuated.

Recently, the tenant has been complaining about their high (nat gas) heating bill, and they said something like “since we don’t have a written rental agreement between the two of us, the law says that you are supposed to pay for heat.”
