He just got a finance degree and supposedly those are the most important, but I just haven't found better use of them. 

I’m not sure this is the right degree to do real estate investment as a career.

There is a reason that the exceptions of many insurance companies will cover an entire array of fraud, or discuss the "degrees of fraud."

I am willing to work and know insurance, and have a degree in finance that does not help.

To take that a degree further, a 100% transient RV park in the middle of nowhere alongside a major freeway will likely always be a 100% transient RV park, where that same park in a good location in a strong MSA could be transitioned over time to a PM park where tenants call that a home.
