Are there specific tools or systems that you recommend for remote management that could help streamline operations?

What I learned is that student housing doesn't operate like multi-family, even thought technically it is. 2 different animals.

If you plan to operate the entire business, that will be work.

Just make certain to build a relationship with a reputable turnkey operation who treats the city like it’s there own backyard, specializes in section 8 and has in-house management as well as day in and day out boots on the ground crews, etc.
