If you are going to fix up the property you may only get temporary relief. 

We're still in the 80s and 90s in the evening so there isn't much relief from the heat outside.

They don't react with relief that you've come along and will save them from the foreclosure process.

I don't know if I even have a problem with a wholesaler making an offer and the seller accepting it (that the experienced person knows is low) -- if they were able to get the deal done fast and take a situation that caused them a lot of duress, bring relief and even some money in their pocket ...is that wrong?

This is not the way to get started.There are many people who have made millions but have hardly any worth (Jay Z, Tony Gwynn (National league batting average award is appropriate named after this great player), Rollie Fingers (one of best relief pitchers of all time), Pete Rose (all time hits leader).

But my lender just informed me that as of my last closing my DTI was 15.7%, which is a huge relief!

Just a note: I received a much-reduced Allegheny County tax bill for our latest acquisition, which included the former owner's homestead exemption and a senior tax relief discount.
