Hey everyone,I wanted to post and see if anyone who’s more experienced than myself can help me understand rough estimates for painting, drywall repairs and cleaning costs for a rental on the west side of Cleveland.To give some general information, there’s some dry wall cracks, painting of the entire interior which is 850 square feet and deep cleaning of the entire interior since the former tenants left behind a fair amount of food and broken furniture.

I have been married to my beautiful wife for 16 years and we have two great children.

Current living in Magnolia, TX due to being flooded out during hurricane Harvey - my wife and I have 2 children, and are hoping to build a business that will allow us to spend more time with our kids via passive income.

Since this is my first contract I want to know the best way to handle this while also helping the owner walk away with something to help her and her children move.

If everyone moves out on the 30th, then everyone has to keep furniture in a truck overnight to move in on the first.

If this is a class C property then make your office class B in terms of furniture, design, and amenities. 

On their own, my children will bring up examples they see of people wasting their resources or taking advantage of their resources. 

He could have left a will naming his children or someone else or a trust  as the ones to inherit.

You can tell what is garbage, but when it comes to furniture, someone else's junk is someone else's treasure. 

I also felt that the time frame wouldn't really matter because his children would inherit anyway.
