All that aside, I need to move forward with completing the renovations and am humbly asking for GC, plumbing, electrical, framing and tiling recommendations. 

We did replace (very newish) carpeting,  but the main floor was hardwood and tile.  

Two sticking points that came up since this posting are 1, my contractor estimated repair way out of alignment with ARV and other criteria. ( he’s only seen video and pictures thus far) and 2, who knows how long the city may take to actually clear tile and draw new ones etc. time is of the essence. 

Towards the middle the gap between the tub and the Tile was getting significantly bigger then a quarter inch.

I recently purchased a home in Pensacola Florida using an FHA 203k loan (160k pp with $32k reno funds).Most of the reno funds are being used for interior cosmetic things like refinishing wood floors, new cabinetry, countertops, bathroom tile, etc.. 

I plan on using him for some work and things like laying tile/painting i have experience with and will do myself.

Also am searching for a tile company in the area that is familiar with wholesaling and contract assignments.
