Be careful it does not go into default : mature as the fees pretty much typically double

I was wondering if anyone here can offer some guidance.

Sometimes not telling us for a day or two after the fact.Just wondering how others handle this in their rentals.

I'd consider this if you are there.A lot of places have source of income discrimination laws which is fair so be careful with that.   

This year things are slower and I'm wondering if the paid subscription is worth it.

Take care of any reasonable property related issues quickly and expect your tenant(s) to take care of their responsibilities quickly also. 

@Cameron Porter +95% of the land bank inventory is already picked over by the time it hits the public.The only people we know that have bought ALL went over budget and only the increasing market covered what would have been losses.So, proceed VERY carefully!

I wonder if this is sufficient.  

HOWEVER, I recommend reading Stuart's advice above very carefully and perhaps soliciting his feedback on the deal in more detail before putting too much more time into it. 

I am currently looking for a new PM and wondering if that's an area you are interested in expanding to, or if you know of any MTR PMs that operate in that area that you would recommend?
