I want to get past this hurdle and finally take action.

It's not unreasonable to end up with $6800 annual tax bills for a nice property. 

Sometimes if you get a lot of requests that you think are unreasonable you just want to say no to some of them. 

I would like to utilize the HELOC to lend to the partnership, from my own LLC (which would be paid interest above what the HELOC charges) but am wondering what hurdles I need to jump through to do it properly.

The paperwork also says that consent cannot be unreasonably withheld but I'm not sure the reason I have for wanting to move is an acceptable reason.
