Get a electrician to see if your existing panel has the capacity to service this new space; if not you may need to get a sub-panel installed. 

You could get a solar cover on a reel.

Added two pools and new decks, siding, windows, roof, solar heating for the pool.

How about finding some raw land, spend as little as possible clearing it and then set up some portable solar, some battery storage and turn it into a RV park.

Instead of boarding some of them up, you could silicon in some plexiglass panels so that natural light can come through.
