The police, or whom ever, may have been calling as to a sign ordinance but it could be that someone there is aware of federal law pertaining to these "help you in foreclosure" scams.

He has confused wholesaling with the mortgage scam that was going on a few years ago and he- like most people answering the phone at the title companies, have no idea what it is and simply reply, "Its illegal."
