There are lots of very strict laws over in the Satellite/Cocoa Beach area that I worry might soon leak into the Titusville and Melbourne areas as well regarding Airbnb’s so I’ve chosen to steer clear of that strategy, at least for now.

Most work, they have jobs, they check you out at stores, they wait on your table, clean your dishes, clean your homes, watch your children, some teach, they work in hospitals cleaning up the messes of the sick, they drive trucks, wash your cars, mow your lawns, they labor at factories....I could go on.

I never had someone say no on the application but realistically they probably figure I will never ask.When they turn the application in, its a perfect time to ask to visit them if I have any doubts or if they have pets to see if the house smells like pets or if it looked like they did not vacuum the floors in months or dishes piled up for weeks just in general see how they live before letting them move in and find this out 1 month after they moved in and its to late.

I am not saying we are there yet; But by using Deep Learning to also look at images (the ones coming with the listing, Google Street View, satellite images, ...), you could capture the effects of how the neighborhood maintains its properties and yards, how tall the ceilings are, what the condition is like, whether the toilet is golden and covered in sapphires, etc.Assuming you have that data, of course.

I usually go to the dollar store and spend $15-20 and get a roll of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, can opener, some of those popcorn containers and microwave popcorn, a potholder, a kitchen towel, some cleaning supplies (hint, hint), a couple of the picture holders I like them to use, some kitchen trashbags, and a card.
