I am currently an accounting intern at a hospital in Chicago, but should I focus on practitioner groups, medical contractors, etc.?

I would like them to actively look for properties for me on MLS and if possible outside MLS(may be properties that are not on public listing but are known is some internal network).I am still new to buying investment properties but is this common from real estate agents.

They can deal with the deposits internally and when they move out you would refund the deposit equally between the current tenants.

I think Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is a very good, if somewhat complicated, metric to use.

Not quite 3000 if you have internal stairs (only count that sq ft once)... and if you have external stairs have you considered a duplex?
