He was very successful and wealthy before he started making videos and created a course.Does his course teach you to build a successful business or work hard at a W-2, earn a boatload of money, and then learn for free through a mentor like he did?

we ran into this in FLA  a few years back when I had 4 starts and I exited that market.. permits  sub base all pretty tough for someone who is not there and already knows the systems hands down and has a devoted loyal sub base.. thats the key in my mind.

In January 2023, he started eviction proceedings on squatters in the home and won a judgement by default in May of 2023 and the squatters moved out.

You could start with your agent or a local agent who supports investors and could have contacts to refer to you.Lastly, you could consider negotiating with a local PM to take on a hybrid approach to management.

I just don’t know where to start.

I started my Career in Lake County Ca. and half that county burned down over the last 10 years.. probably 2k homes got destroyed so not as epic as say the fires in Napa and Sonoma. 

Everything paid starting from November 1st is deductible.Now, to the controversy that I mentioned, and ONLY if you really want to go down this rabbit hole.
