Due to inflation and the drastic increases in material, labor, and supplies, that's naturally caused carriers to rethink limits/values on file. 

There will always be people who want to rent by one but I wouldn't count on one raising property values - I would in-fact assume the opposite.

The tricky part, is everyone analyzes and values one metric over the others.

You have to think, if we do that and we get the call we are going to try to list for maximum value to the broad market as we have a fiduciary duty to do that. 

There is unlikely ever going to be a “home run” value add + “home run back end STR”.
