If they are motivated at that time to redeem, they will also have to pay your legal fees for the ejectment.If you have a tax deed, you can just give some sort of deadline in the letter and file ejectment after the deadline expires.

YOU need to set up protocol with your PM.. they won't move any faster than what you set as a deadline,, no reason not to advertise while occupied with proper notice.Get in assess the current condition as soon as you get the vacancy notice so your prepared to know what's needed to turn the House..

What's the terms of your agreement; how many days do you have to assign your contract, what happens if you don't find an assignee, do you have a legal and air tight assignment agreement, are you legal (not acting as an agent), is there real consideration, how much and who is holding it consideration, do you have a built in extension in the event you don't close in time, do you have right of possession durning contract period, what showing arrangement do you have?

In June 2006, Las Vegas available house was 20026 units, avalable condo was 4630 units.Today, Sep 2017, Las Vegas available house is only 9662 units, avalable condo was 1657 units.Today, Sep 2017, Las Vegas house without offer is only 4969 units, avalable condo without offer is only 680 units.Las Vegas housing market and many other national city housing market inventory have been very tight
