We're doing urban infill in Austin and do a combination of what I like to call paired homes (a much sexier name than duplex) and single family.

We know what a litigious society we are in.. just sayin.

You may need to talk with the City's urban planning staff and the City Council member representing your district to determine this. 

I was not worried about the credit of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Even if you get no direct benefit back from it you are doing something good for them which in turn benefits everyone in society.  

The property is located in an urban neighborhood where driveways are near non-existent. 

I hate to let people know how thriving the Denver market is if you understand the focus on the urban core here.  

Would not these urban blights be considered a Super fund site..

I think its being by driven the shift toward urbanism and specifically the staff at the Hospital Center discovering the close proximity to work and all the amenitiesI'd really like to do some deals in the neighborhood to build my reputation in the community.
