Finding phone numbers / getting responses is tough.

Its tough to give more advice without actual numbers to see the sale proceeds versus the down payments.Nothing wrong with a 50/50 split other than when it comes time to take out your share in cash other than split rents. 

NO lender is going to send you copy of their bank account.. they might have to prove up to a seller or the sellers agent but never send it to you right out of the gate.. and all the other things you discovered its just an off shore scammer trying to scam those that dont know what they dont know.

There is No rents to see if it will support itself after the refinance, so its tough to speculate on ROI/cash flow on a long term investment.

I'm a big data guy so when he was sharing some of the scientific / data on how he grew rankings in tough markets... in ways I hadn't seen (from a data perspective) my ears perked up.

I find it’s tough to bring California (the Bay Area) in on the conversation because it’s such a different beast from most markets and people have been conditioned to look down on California from what they’ve heard online.

I had to prove to the PM that my investor owns it and that we now manage it.
