@Trenton Miller I’ve heard/read people say they’d sue if they got sick for being required to be at their job right now.

They worked side by side in tight quarters and many were coming to work sick for weeks.

They may not get their salary, but they now get unemployment and food stamps, or are they getting vacation time/sick leave paid at their salary?  

Sadly, in this business you will occasionally run into people who don't want to get sick or die and will instead do what is best for them and their staff instead of you. 

Partially because we've been sick, partially because in Seattle we are really trying to self quarentine, partly because we still have plenty of time (unless this really lasts into August!)

Hi Gene,In Communist China they just weld the doors shut on the sick virus victims.

Looking for month to month or three month rentals the area around Schaumburg, Elk Grove Village, Des Plaines, Mount Prospect, etc.

These folks are more likely to have steady employment, and should retain their income through this crisis; although they are also at greater risk to get sick themselves.Already the calls are coming in from tenants asking what provisions we are making to get them through these difficult times.

My options are videos, matterhorn, photos, and plain emails describing the units.  

If someone is sick and caught the virus and they need help you can decide.
