Only someone with underwriting knowledge can really judge the time required in light of all other debts, a new payment, past credit sins and informing the buyer what they must do in order to qualify later on, the RMLO should be able to do that, should be able, at least having them involved peels away your liability that can be inferred if your deal blows up.

Explain to the HOA that painting the aluminum parts of the door will end up leading to frequent chipped and peeling paint, with the result being even uglier than the "uniform" mismatch that exists now.

That was almost 7 years ago and they still look good.You'll need a dust mask/protective gear, and don't bother cleaning the house until you're done because it gets all dusty.

If you have a survey of say 40 acreas you might peel off that legal for additional collateral as your down.I'm conservative and I don't like the idea of betting the farm to get a down payment.

I don't like vinyl siding and we do not use it anymore for new builds here.The vinyl gets cracks in it form baseballs and rock flying from the lawn mower.The wind can peel back pieces as well.Even if you have extra pieces to replace the color is off from years of fading from the sun hitting the vinyl so the colors do not match up exactly.The vinyl starts warping and buckling as well from the temperatures.Your vinyl looks in good shape though but eventually you might have to go with a hardi-plank in the future.
