First and foremost I would recommend hiring a LICENSED, BONDED and INSURED contractor, with emphasis on Licensed!

In your case, your daughter would get it.Not sure where you live, but it Texas offers it, I would imagine other states having at least similar or better programs considering the low emphasis on education in Texas.
