@William Hochstedler  Orygun and Wash. both passed similar laws in 07 when the foreclosure crisis was starting. 

I know Orlando was hit pretty hard during the foreclosure crisis, but it's good to see the rental vs. home values portrayed in a chart.

We purchased one like this about a decade ago and it has worked out for us; even through the housing crisis it was always rented.

We will soon see whether Rauner can stop this problem - especially in the midst of a real financial crisis at most levels of government.

I do sense that we are in a mini-bubble... nothing like the crisis of 07, but we've just had rates for so low for so long.

If a family crisis happens or you are missing family you are prepared financially to go. 

I've heard from a family member who attended UCR that there is a student housing crisis.
