We found a pretty nice deal and went to see the property only to find out the bath tub was removed and replaced with a pretty nice shower stall. while this would probably be my personal preference, I don't imagine it to be very appealing to families which are the tenants we target.

It's not worth the extra money to me for the flood insurance.But, if the old lady upstairs floods her bathtub, and I need to move out while repairs are made, my insurance will cover my hotel up to $4,000, and give me replacement value on all of my stuff.I got a discount through AARP, and pay about $14/month.
