I'll spare you a 16 page description and summarize. 

Realtor B puts the property on the MLS but has not visited the property yet, doesn’t have a key yet (he used photos the developer had).  

I go to his Facebook page and also notice that it says he works for Keller Williams so I ask him if he does in fact work for KW because about seven Frank Walkers pop up on realtor.com but none of them have profile photos or are in Texas. 

Make sure you're all on the same page.

I've been interested for quite a while in investing in Spain (almost doesn't matter where, I love almost everywhere I have visited and lived in the county) As a foreigner, do you have any advice for where I could get started researching if this is possible?

First -  I would make sure that you and your spouse get on the same page.
