I read blog posts and scan the forums daily if not weekly.

Whether it's watching YouTube vids, podcasts, books, blogs, or just talking to anybody about REAL ESTATEWell, on September 6th, I bought my 1st property and it happens to be a 4-plex MFR which I acquired at the trustee sale at the Pinal County Courthouse.

There are a ton of resources so dig in and start learning by reading the forums and blogs.

Nancy Neville and Gita Faust have written books and Quickbooks has a blog for property management which I have not had time to look into.

I read his blog a while back and he was the one that pointed out that POL would not publish their default rates.
