Do they throw in free unicorn dust when you buy? 

I'm trying to be positive and not just throw in the towel.

Kids grow up with a throw away mentality and don't know how to fix things and have never worked on anything. 

I have plenty of money to throw at the deal, but am without the know-how. 

Bottom line is that I think that it is important to define what you are looking for, determine your own strengths and have all your ducks in a row thinking before you start throwing out numbers in the millions.

They need to know I’m not taking any crap from them or I’ll throw them out because I own the building

If this other abutting lot should ever go up for auction no doubt I'd be willing to throw down more cash for it than it'd be worth to anyone else.I've bought a ton of stuff at auctions too but never a property.

I know everyone has different preferences, but just throwing it out there. 220k would go much further in better areas investing with a local team and doing some value add over straight turnkey. 

I'll accept getting a pretty measly profit margin since its my "throw away" first flip.
