On a small park, you can do gravel instead of paving.

There are many things you can do in order to pave the road to a better future, but it is up to you to do so!

Dmm is great for brand building where you want to be constant in a persons mind, and the point of brand building is to pave the road for other marketing operations.

I'm opening up a new STR on a speedboat-friendly lake in Indiana, and I'm thinking about including kayaks, paddle boards, and bikes (there's a great 20 mile paved biking path next to our property).  

They are bargains because there are no paved roads and no water in that area.
