A key point of the LLC offering protection is the separation - so if a name/asset is in your name but the bills/loan re paid from an LLC we don't have that separation. 

Start researching price to rent ratios in areas and see which area has the best combination of cash flow/place you want to live!

As an out of state investor, I would love to connect and potentially have a property manager in my team that experience in Section 8 rental. 

Especially, if you would consider doing some out of state investing!

I am finally at my two year mark not being W2 so if I can skip past DSCR loans and the such that would be much preferred as I dont want to pay the fees if I don't have to as I am trying to get some money I put into each unit to renovate back out of it. 

Constructed using all cash, the next steps are to refinance out of the project (Need assistance in doing so) How did you add value to the deal?
