As of now I've just been recording the transactions in an Excel workbook, but I would love to find a bookkeeping software that will take all of the bank account / transaction data and generate reports / display a big picture overview of how the property is performing. 

As a newbie in the RE game, I was under the impression that Cap Rate is the most important one of them all because thats what most Turnkey Company websites display on their listings.

Granted some of those are funny memes or jokes at Clayton Morris' expense, but for the most part the vast majority of votes are given for quality posts that help people and display a level of expertise by the poster. 

If you have not created a hurricane or weather policy for your property, there is no time like the present to get one in place and display it in your listing!
