Kirtan Patel from KPPB in Atlanta is very experienced (not sure how far Milton is from there) - and no, I don't have any affiliation, but my best friend from college is a Criminal Defense Attorney in Atlanta and recently pointed me towards Kirtan as he knows ongoing developments, multi-units, etc.

She might be fronting for her drug addict/criminal friend, son etc.

Also, arson is criminal.

I have known of FSBO that were cased by professional criminals, and a few cases that have resulted in violence.

@Nathan Gesner, I'm guessing they filed this as a criminal charge because it was an illegal eviction coupled with the taking of their possessions.

Look for states that are Landlord-friendly (another way of saying they have fair laws and don't treat Landlords like criminals), growing population, attractive to businesses, good tax structure, and a strong education system that will keep tenants in place for many years.

I have referred this apparent criminal activity to the state's attorney general for possible criminal investigation - - talk about a massive apparent fraud - - and they have already written me back that they have opened a case.

It went from no criminal or eviction history to several records on the criminal report and 1 eviction record, and the credit score dropped. 

Potentially disallowing the use of credit scores and criminal record.
