It tells me it's a "Buyers Market".However, when you say in the same breath, "....The market seems to be in favor of sellers right now with investors having to bend..."...you're saying it's a "Sellers Market". 

Again, my opinion, but many are holding their breath waiting on a market correction or crash that may not come.
