Keep in mind that the area that it "sees" the temperature of gets wider as you get further away from the surface. 

If you touch the door knobs, bring disinfectant wipes to wipe down the surface.

Assuming the wall is not bowing and the foundation isn't sinking, it is a surface repair mostly.

The more you aerate water (make it into small drops) the more you have to heat it because it has more surface area to dissipate the heat and the longer you have to run the shower or sink to get the job done.

The interior surface if the tub slopes toward the drain opening, so the drain opening has to be at the lowest point for drainage.

:)Besides, if the option agreement is seperate, it governs the allocation toward the purchase regardless of fair market rents, the issue does not surface at all.

.), then it is just surface repairs and that is better.

I fully understand @Joe Villeneuve strategy and it makes sense on the surface.
