You're essentially saying that if you don't HAVE money... you shouldn't take advantage of a valid opportunity to GET money.And about the $2,500 "application processing fee"... it is not a processing fee... it is the cost of the most comprehensive and affordable real estate investment system available anywhere... and it gives people ALL the tools needed to "find the right deal"... knowledge, training, software, contracts, tools, checklists, and access to professional help and REAL money... they have EVERYTHING they need to "find the right deal" and get money to purchase and repair it.Are there some people that purchase the system and then don't do a darn thing... sure... just like the people that buy a treadmill and don't run on it... does that make the treadmill a scam... no... if you actually get on the treadmill and run you will see the benefits...

We have them simplified on our listing but this is more detailed:1.The property is located at: 2.The property is furnished and includes:Dishwasher, washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, small appliances such as a toaster and coffeemaker, linens and towels, dishes/glasses/pots/pants/utensils, towels and bedlinen, TVs, treadmill, internet access and firewood. 3.Please bring your own personal bathroom amenities are not included. 4.We request you use septic safe toilet paper which is provided and the provided dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent which is also safe for septic systems. 5.Rental Party:  The guest is responsible for the behavior of all members in his/her party. 6.Maximum Occupancy:The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 adults.

Based on what I see the pictures as clothes, sneakers, treadmill, mattresses are with in the property, I bet the PM company had the property surrender form signed.
