All that needs to happen is to take some reasonable precautions - don't come into contact with other people, wash your hands, don't touch your face. 

It's not worth the risk to my family.So I guess it comes down to using your best judgement and taking the proper precautions.

As that lifts, I would still be putting in precautions as to how many people are on-site and making sure they have cleaning supplies to disinfect all areas while working and after.

Just take all the extra precautions when you're out seeing homes with your Realtor (e.g., wear a mask, sanitize your hands regularly, stay 6 ft apart and never be in the same room, etc.).Regarding the housing market taking a dive, that will depend heavily on how the economy recovers from this pandemic.  

If you filed those kinds of claims I would suspect you would be at risk of being dropped for not taking necessary precautions. 

You may need to take extra precautions between tenants, and I'm not sure of the legality here, but I know at least a couple people investing this as a possibility to keep their short term rentals afloat. 

For other properties I am still getting requests for showings, but take safety precautions when doing so.

I asked the buyer's agent to leave things as they are found and use extra precaution.

@Chad Stark Even private money lenders willing to lend their own cash would take similar precautions right now if they were wise.
