@Allan Rosso, I left active-duty Navy in 2013, entered pharmaceutical sales for 3.5 years, and I've been a licensed agent since July 2017.

Baxter Pharmaceutical is moving close to that area and Monroe may work..Baxter is bringing 2000 jobs by 2017, 200 full time already hired and building is well underway

Coincidentally just read this today regarding DE:The top industries in #Delaware are agriculture, pharmaceuticals and banking which have helped the economy and have been a driving factor for employment.

I am 27 years old and currently work in sales for a medical supply and pharmaceutical wholesaler.  

He had a VERY successful career in pharmaceutical sales and sales management, etc.

The top employer is PPD which is a pharmaceutical company, then GE which has some nuclear division in town.

My old job was in the pharmaceutical industry, through various departments including Finance, Marketing, and Business Strategy.

I am not sure I understand the strategy.Thanks for the feedback.Laid out scenario. 5 unit close to a university and college, not far away from a pharmaceutical company.

Another gripe I have is the medicare scare: A way to solve that is to put caps on the pay/perks/compensation of the various layers of the medical/ pharmaceutical and cosmetics industries, and the amount that they can charge medicare recipeints for ANY drug or medical service.We can give illegal immigrants free medical care, the same should be done for our own people. ofgift
