LOL, they can get on the phone, never leave the office and find a deal in a day or two while the guru investors are licking postage stamps, running all over the courthouse or driving for dollars and peaking in windows.

Not to include many, many hours of "licking envelopes".

I still have to pay for the materials and use my own stamps but at least I don't have to lick envelopes.
