Our channel manager Guesty For Hosts has an "Airbnb Ranking Booster" option that automatically makes an unnoticeable change to our listing description and changes the order of the last 2 photos every 24 hours, to show regular activity.

I would guess that a signal booster or connection went bad and just needs to be replaced, I'm not sure why the cable technician didn't trouble shoot while he was there since that's what they always do in my area?

If this home wasn’t being used a ton before budget in for repairs as a sudden change in use really affects things like your booster pump and pressure tank.

If its a low pressure situation from the city , install a booster pump 

Alternatively, you could also look into a wifi signal booster in both homes OR you could also get more than one router for the same connection (Verizon does this) 

I understand the risk and reward behind the arbitrage strategy but don’t you guys think up to a certain point our liquidity will run out and this will become a cash flow booster?
