I know there are a lot of options, especially since they are family and willing to carry the loan. 

What are some of the better multi-family markets in Georgia and the Carolinas? 

I was at the airport this past week flying to visit family and in TSA precheck line they scan your license in a machine and take a photo of you. for some reason mine was not working and it basically had like an alert on it. they ask me if I have another form of ID on me.

✅ Yes, IF:You have a system in place for cleaning and chemical balancing.You have a reliable team that can check thisYou market it properly (highlight it in photos and listing descriptions).🚫 Not Worth It IF:You don’t have a dedicated team or someone to balance for every turn.Your climate or guest demographic wouldn’t use it often enough to justify the cost.Make sure to have waivers, I ran into issues with people saying they got bacteria from it etc.

I’m always thinking about how something will photograph so my other advice is to make sure the photos are top quality because that’s all someone has to go off when booking. 

That kitchen looks good but needs more stuff so families can cook and eat there.I think you guy look good in the photos, but it can be a turn off to prospective guests so I would remove those.
