It's to easy to dig a hole for your self on good intentions.

Single night stays in a crowed city are a guarantee for a party.Not a fan of single nights because they invariably prevent quality (ie longer) bookings because they punch holes in your calendar.

. : so, assess all systems and see for obvious things like : garage door, ceiling height, perimeter foundation and drainage, framing if you can, attic space, electrical, plumbing etc 4.

They destroyed the unit, trashed it and even put about 30 knife holes in the walls.

We found out the potentially the whole block has led pipes so we are needing a contractor to cut a hole in the floor.   

We walked away from a new build last fall because we could already see issues and the sellers ended up getting us a pre-inspection report that said there were serious issues with drainage and foundation.

We sealed the holes with spray foam and wiped vanity down with a bleach solution on Nov 21st. 

I have a Colorado fourplex and met with both a city ROW agent and the project engineer at the property as they need to replace a 60 year old street drainage pipe that runs along the easement at the east edge of the property.
