Your PM should not blatantly disclose your information but in Arizona it's nearly impossible to hide your information from anyone.

In fact if I did that, my brokerage would still expect their cut and would bill me for it.Also I would not ever complain to another agents broker unless two specific things happened....they would have to blatantly brake the law, and cause one of my clients to get screwed.  

Just curious how the board feels:If BP is made aware that someone is blatantly posting false information to sell their service, loans, homes, investment, etc. should BP remove the offending post and possibly offending member if they continue the practice?
