We signed up for the one on one coach and we were getting the first introduction and I asked the coach if he owned any properties and he started beating around the bush.

Not a new member, i've been on BP for a while now but never really did an official introduction.

Go into the new member introductions forum and watch for the same few people who say the same basic message every time someone new comes on the site.

Hi all, I’d like to give a brief introduction(skip if you want).

Now, the bitcoin people will talk about how their asset (which went from 0 to 1 since it's introduction in 2009) has "outperformed other assets over this and that timeframe".

Are there any good outlines or templates for an introduction letter to the tenants, or any major points I should make sure I put in my letter?

The last 10 -15 years have seen the introduction of many products that have made it much much easier for marginally qualified and even unqualified people to enter the arena as real estate syndicators.
