Recently found an email with what appears to be forged signatures of my father and step mother for the Hero program.

My 2 brothers and I are inheriting my fathers residence.

And if your father wants you to be on the project with him...that's his call.  

We also have a pretty good relationship with all the neighbors which I'm sure helps.The reason for me not getting a permit once obtaining this property is very simple -- I was given this house from my father, and the town that I'm located in, you're not able to get a rental permit unless the house is owner-occupied.

I obtained a commercial loan that was a 1 yr interest only and required 25% down which I borrowed from my step father to be repaid after closing plus a $5000 payment.
