I know of forest bluff and Austin colony developments by DR Horton in Austin that will give me that kind of rent, but since I have already bought one in Austin I don’t want to put too many eggs in one basket.I liked one new townhome construction by DR Horton in Durham within my price range but are not offering the phase 1 to investors.

It also depends on how long you plan to do the rehab because you definitely don’t want to be stuck starting the selling process heading in to the fall and winter in Indy.

Take photos of your views and surrounding trees before winter comes and everything is bare.

The following winter I personally seen the snow plow spin out on the road from hitting those poles.

I have a tenant that has rented my condo for this past winter.

We rented the home during the winter to snow birds to help cover the expenses.

Marc Winter your daughters may be different but if my parents offered me free rent or living accommodations I’d do that in a heartbeat over paying 2500 rent.Unfortunately my entire family lives in the cold Midwest and after moving away at 18, I’m not about to go back there.
