Hi Everyone. about 6 wks in I have made one offer that was outbid (oh well). that property was a 4bd 1a that need 20k in repairs (possibly 30k if mold was discovered behind the several owner-installed panels throughout the house). the ARV was 130. 4 offers were made and the highest bid was 110k.

The main panel (100 AMPS) was installed in 1963 and a sub panel later (no year but states 3.5 AMPS or 35 AMPS can't really read the sheet).The seller replaced a couple of windows but the other 6 are original and the front door looks like it could use a replacement.

I also think that health insurance companies are death panels and they should be eliminated in favor of a basic health system with limits as to what a shot or an operation would cost and run by my doctor.

The lower level needs new flooring, kitchen, bathroom, and should be drywalled as it is currently a combo of plaster and wood paneling.

Here's what I did (note I'm not uber tech savy and I figured it out so I think everyone should be able to follow these steps):Go to your C driveClick on "Program files (x86)"On mine I had three folders "Pureleads", Highlightly" and "Perk Prize panel" Uninstall all of thoseProblem solvedAt the recommendation on my work IT guy I downloaded a program called "Revo Unistaller Pro" (free 30 day trial) it uninstalls, but also has a registry scan function that seeks out undeleted extras it leaves behind.
