@Shaun Reilly I agree that Boston tends to be ahead of the curve in regards to bubble forming, popping, and recovering.

We're getting set up with someone that Daniel Singer has suggested we talk to and hope to have that as an option soon.

And like @Shaun Hatton said, people can only afford rent on par with local salaries.Zoom into your area and explore the vicinity for companies, potential jobs, amenities, food, schools, entertainment, demographics, etc.

@Shaun C.....writing and dropping a check in the mail only takes a couple of minutes too, but people seem to have issues doing that :)Zelle and Venmo don't send reminders, accept partial payments (which is an issue if you ever get into the process of evictions), don't tack on late fees etc.
